Harry Potter

I'm a nerd, I can't help it.  I love Harry Potter.

I saw the final film last night at midnight, (so this morning I guess?) and honestly, it was a tad emotional for me.

For some reason, this has been something I've been attached to for the last 10 years.  Midnight showings, book releases, parties, Wizarding World, nights of Scene It!, amazing summer vacations reading the books...  It's been a part of my life for a good chunk of my life, and it's sad to me that it's over.

I don't know the point of this post, other than to share my Post Potter Depression.  Maybe it's to share this quote, which is awesome, and totally true, and if you disagree we aren't friends.

"Harry Potter is about confronting fears, finding inner strength and doing what is right in the face of adversity. Twilight is about how important it is to have a boyfriend." —Stephen King
